Music is extremely superb. Phani sir talent also extraordinary. But program is in meditation center not suitable. Here only classical music best.that dances,whistles are too worst.there is no holiness.

Phani Narayana Garu - I'm learning Veena after crossing 60s of age. I keep watching your interviews and videos. As rightly said in one of your interviews that I saw yesterday, your choice of playing for your classical satisfaction is entirely different from playing for others' choice. Also fusioning old classical and carefully selected light or cine songs can reach out to enthrall larger public but then selection of non classicals should be so careful that there should be enough challenge playing them and also they atleast should adhere to some aspects of recognised standards of classical music definitely not the nowadays cine music what the generation is claiming to be western out of ignorance. Rendition of Indian classical that harmonizes body with the soul enables the listener to new heights of spirituality. Our indian classical aspects of any form of art has its roots from Vedas that would ensure poised wellbeing of the mankind. Hence considering such aspects while performing must be more appropriate on the current context of meditation platform. Some of the songs and annamacharya keerthanai that you played are mellifluous, I have not heard the full video. Ofcourse as you replied rightly you need to balance.
