He is not a loyal party member. Let there be rotation between North and south. He was one of the rebels who left pdp to join forces against president Jonathan. He is too ambitious. On the other hand why did South participate in pdp primaries? Wike and co should have insisted that if any northerner wanted the ticket they will not participate. Wike contested and lost, since then things fell apart for pdp.
