cool post, definitely betting that durapack came from salt lake city and the square body from maybe Visalia? both were awesome in their own ways, wasn't expecting the ribbed body and the dp driver was especially skilled with loosening the grippers before replacing those carts onto the curbs, fun to watch. how were the drivers? and did you see other trucks from Pena's on route? I'm at a loss right now for FLs they run too.

Thanks man. Yeah i'm pretty confident in saying that the Durapack is from Salt Lake. Visalia definitely seems likely for the square body but your guess is as good as mine. The drivers were cool. They just kind of did there thing and we didn't seem to be bothersome to them. The only 3 trucks that we saw on route from Pena's where 2 of these identical Durapack's and the square body. As far as front load goes I believe they still have a couple Octo's and some New Way's.

What an awesome sounding truck! Did you guys intentionally go and find this truck or was this an accidental find?? That old ribbed 7000 looks real nice. Those little revs from both drivers sounded great. Always like seeing what's up in this area of Cali. Great video!

Fantastic video! I really dig that flat tailgate despite how un-aesthetically pleasing it looks. And damn that is easily the best sounding Autocar I've ever seen. Is this the only one Peña runs? If you happen to know, what is the rest of their fleet made up of?

Thank you! They have at least one more of these Salt Lake trucks. I saw it running near this truck, but it wasn't as loud. I don't have much info on there current fleet, but they might still have a 310 7000, and I know they have at least one ACX rapid rail.

Wow! This truck is just incredible! Abolutely love the sound of this beast! What year is this truck, do you think? What's the chassis, Peterbilt 320 or Volvo WX64? Any more footage of this truck? If not, please go back and see if you can get this truck shifting through the gears. Let me know ASAP.
