This is ulundham paal not ulundhu kanji... ulundhu kanji is something u have to add all these following ingredients in a cooker for 3 whistles by adding 4 times of water.......rice , ulundhu , garlic, asfodieta, salt , fenugreek , pepper and finally coconut . That's it ... have it... that's ULUNDHU KANJI..... And this we used to have whenever we had antibiotics or fever, stomach ache, or any kind of body issues. This gives immunity to our body and strength. A strong healthy dish. Note: instead of white dhal without skin we can have black urad dal with skin itself. That's more healthy
