Haha my mom's greek, and my dad's turkish. I'm both Greek and Turkish. It's funny, when I tell my Greek friends they're all like shocked... lol so technically I hate half of myself lol but really I think that people are silly to be fighting and stuff. We should get along. My parent's most certaintly have! The Greeks and Turks need to lay off eachother and stop holding grudges over stuff that happend long ago. Let's be smart people.

Both cultures are similar. Just politics, politicians try to show potential enemies to both nations; that way they can scare their own people with the other; so people wont sue them for their actions. For exp, in Greece, politicians tried to sue Turks for the fires to hide their own mistakes.

firstly,we dont have grudge to change the name of cities..now listen!in english:station-in turkish:istasyon,in english:skeleton-in turkish:iskelet,in english:scorpion-in turkish:skorpit..the words came in to turkish from foreign languages get -i in the beginning of the word.

Hey Guardian, 1- You can claim 12 miles but Turkey informed that it is a reason of war. If your country dares yes you can. 2- Turkish cypriots accepted a plan propesed by UN and who refused. If you think that existence of Turkish millitary is unjust declare war. 3- Turks do not regard Greeks as a threat and this drives you crazy really very few people care about Greek people in Turkey. ok,i have just read birand's articles about anna plan and cyprus!he advocates that turkish side must accept the anna plan for our more powerful independence on the island!greek living in the island advocate Aquis Communautaire plan of EU.coz this doesnt consider turkish public in the island and according to this agreement,direction of island will be given to greeks!of course we was not going to accpet this!by the way,i think u mean greek cypriots with the saying just cypriots!
