Om shanti om
Mantra in sanscrit means "to transcend the mind." Mantras are vibrations that have the power to heal mind, body and spirit. In this meditation we sing the mantra "om shanti om" to bring calm to ourselves and the world beyond our individual body. Om is the sound of creation that flows through everything. When we sing om, we come back to center. Shanti means peace.
Look for a calm space and give yourself a few minutes of peace.
