What’s your favorite fruit?
No, we’re not talking about melons or apples or grapes or bananas or… well, you get where this is going.
What we ARE talking about is the fruit of the Spirit-otherwise known as love + joy + peace + patience + kindness + goodness + faithfulness + gentleness + self-control-and practical ways we can cultivate each one in our lives.
Also, tune in to find out what a pufferfish and an Italian dressing bottle have to do with the fruit of the Spirit, and don’t forget that Joyce is joining us in 2 weeks for part 2, so don’t miss out!!

I have so many flaws like Jai mentioned and you would expect that other Christians would love you like Jesus does. Christians need to stop being self righteous and love like the Lord!!!! Jai I give you so much credit for sharing your life with us, I am so happy you are part of this Podcast. I am a new Christian and am learning and loving everyone since I am a sinner and know God loves us all no matter what our past is. ❤

I can relate to Jai so much because the Holy Spirit is dealing with me about being self-righteous and perfectionistic and it is super uncomfortable to stop trying to be the perfect person I thought God wanted me to be and to relax and be where I truly am in my walk with God without beating myself up or tearing myself down and it’s been so difficult. I thank Jai for sharing because it is so hard to come out of and when you’re learning this you already feel uncomfortable but when attacks come it’s easy for me to be intimidated and snap back to trying to be Ms. Perfect again. So God bless you for sharing that Jai because it encouraged me, and gave me peace literally right after being attacked and feeling down.

Hi Ladies! Thank you for pouring all out! This morning I was thinking that I was having a horrible day because of work and them I started going in the wrong path with my thoughts: that I wasn't a good mother, my marriage is going through trials, my career ....that I wasn't good enough for anything! The devil was trying to get me until I remember today was Talk it Out! It was a perfect message. Thank you for showing your vulnerability and how we can learn from that. It was a special teaching. Thank you for all you girls do and your amazing team! Love you all. Mariane Bliss

We know we’re flawed, but we have the tendency to try to be perfect for others, and that is fake, instead of being our true flawed selves. When we try to be perfect, we are fake and we can’t share Jesus if we don’t be out flawed selves

😮I love the creative examples! The books 📚 with each book end made so much sense to me!! And when @Ginger Stache said its not the fruit of a Christian😮 it’s the fruit of the Spirit😮 What a great way to explain it!! I also get overwhelmed with that “list” bc i feel like a failure😒 if I don’t have all of them at once🤷🏻‍♀️ I always enjoy learning new ways of applying godly things into my daily life, thank you @Talk It Out team💜Love y’all 💖

I am trying to work on patience, self-control, peace, and joy as I'm watching this episode. God has shown me that I need these areas to show more in my life lately..I thought I had peace, but I let troubles of the day enter into my thinking and I try to find justice for fixing them. I just need to let God take care of them and keep my peace.. It has been so wonderful for me today to hear about these fruits of the Spirit from your show and Joyce. God Bless!

I think a lot of folks can relate to Jai the most because although all 3 women have gone through difficult situations, loss, etc...the abandonment of a spouse is honestly one of the WORST pains you can go through in life. Without experiencing it...you can never truly understand the absolute torture. Our Heavenly Father loves us. He sent His Only Begotten Son to be our Savior. He knew that in mortality we would be in grave danger, the worst of it from the temptations of a terrible adversary. That is one of the reasons why the Savior has provided priesthood keys so that those with ears to hear and faith to obey could go to places of safety.

Oh man....I can't even get through this...all I ever feel like is everything about me is so flawed that the only way to have peace is a form of disconnect from hurting and people that hurt me. I truly know my peace is in The Father, Son and Holy Spirit, but sometimes feel like to b in that peace I am disconnecting from life on earth and that is lonely too.

@@joycemeyer Thank you, Joyce and friends. I was truly blessed today. I had no food whatsoever and I called a church nearby from 211. Although they don't deliver (I've got to fix my vehicle), they sent the most loveliest couple with a trunkful of food. They were so gracious. Just a little while ago, the Deacon of the church called me and I thanked him profusely. We talked a little about my needs and being so curious about the Catholic church, he told me he'll have their leader of that group call me. How polite and understanding he was. He asked if I wanted anything else today, and I asked for him to pray for my safety. I was truly blessed today. God is good. Anyway, someone replied to one of my comments as you asking for my email address. It had a profile pic of maybe you on a blue background. It was from only Joyce Meyer without the Ministries. If it's fake let me know, so you could post it and warn others. I love you Joyce. You're the first person I listen to when I wake. Then my Bible app story and I say my prayers. Being retired and am taking my time so I may have time to delve into my Bible. God Bless you and your team members. 🙏🙏🙏💖💖💖

Thank you for this topic and the honest discussion. What we have to realize, if we are to be honest, we were not taught this practically. We were told that certain behavior equates to either bad or good. Then you add into tge mix one's particular religious upbringing=conflicting messages from family, one's life experiences, church, friends, and society. We're left to unclutter our minds and sort through it all hoping to please God. How adults did I laugh at as a child when they said..."If only I knew this or that, I would do or act /react differently"? I'm now that adult at 63 saying the "if only".

I Love 💕 💗 you Girls, and this platform, I get so excited when you’ve released a new episode☝🏼 Quick question, but so unimportant, just an observation….Ginger, you always leave off Jai’s last name, but always mentions yours and Erin’s. Is this by design?

@Joyce Meyers Ministry Please check to see if it is a scammer whom answered me under your name? I don’t want to give my email away if this is not you.

@@MaryellenS.13 - These same Joyce scammers always answer my questions pretending to be Joyce. And the stupid thing is they expect us to believe it's actually her or one of her staff but the profile created has no subscribers. I wish people would stop doing this.

Yes it is. She used to go by her married name but now that she is single she goes by her first name only. Her marriage was pretty bad so it's like separating from that.
