This year's P&S Carnival was their 10th anniversary for PSC. :) It's also a gathering of their better bands which represents the carnival part. I think it also relates to problems in Japan such as hunger, depression, etc... where they're telling the crowd that they should come together to help in some ways.

oh their wearing Hakamas is very special to me!..cause I used to think I wanna see all of them in traditional clothes..cause Uru and Aoi looked amazing in their kimono photoshoot~ The best part is I wanted to see Uru in a blue outfit,Aoi in Black & blue, Reita in black & gold Kai in baby blue & Ruki-san in white :3 & when i saw them specially Ru-san I felt like God granted me a wish~

The Kanji version only spells Gazette, right? I remember they use to go by Gazette instead of The Gazette. I usually write it as the GazettE since that's how their name is usually formatted. :) All of the foreign fans (including me) appreciate the translating. 8D

Yes it's out on dvd. Australia's dvd code is region 4 while Japan's is 2. so you will need to find a dvd with and all region/0 coding or buy and all region dvd player. most likely you will have to buy a new dvd player. the one i have cost me close to $200. Hoped that helped you v(^.^)v
