I think STEALTH components are not available in 4.0. At least not in stores.

This is the current 4.0 build. But you are right, most of the stealth components are not available in Stanton and will need to be sourced from Pyro. However, the small stealth components that you can see fitted to the Rambler were all available at Dumpers Depot when I made this video with the 4.0 EPTU. The other way to obtain stealth components without going to Pyro is to remove them from ships. So purchasing a stealth equipped ship from New Deal in Hurston would allow you to 'strip' the stealth components and fit to another ship.

This half true. I did watch the Video from Cpt_Foxyloxy and check erkul Games. Its shows that only couple grade B and most Grade A is not avaiable. But you still can Buy Stealth Component in Grade C and some B. So for me those are enough for and i dont need grade A. Because these mostly lock behind PVP or if you lucky in some NPC Ships.
