You have no idea how appreciative I am to find this. Being under water is the closest thing to being right back in our mother's womb. There's nothing more calming to babies, toddlers, and even adults. I sleep to this with earbuds in both ears. Sounds identical to being under water. I get the best sleep I have in a long time. This is so beautiful but its the home to many sharks. So if you swim in the ocean and see kelp forest. Swim quick because that is shark territory, it way deeper than you think. Swim at your own risk.

kelp forests are such a beautiful and interesting part of the ocean for me, and the camera quality being so good here makes the whole experience unreal. i love seeing all the fish swim by, and the sharks that come on screen sometimes :) it’s like they know the camera is there, very cute. this video makes me feel so calm in a way nothing else has in a very long time. thank you. 💕i feel like a little fish every time i put it on ( ◠‿◠ )
