I just discovered you a few days ago. I live in a peaceful town in France, surrounded by forest. My work is taking care of disabled children. My empathy is my main tool. Meditation and prayers are my most powerful resources. And your music make it easier to practice them. And keep helping these children, with inner peace. Thanks for your music, it's a true blessing.

If you’re willing to try, I would suggest also doing breathing exercises before or after meditating also helps. I don’t know how much it might help children. One of the methods is the Wim Hof, video can be found on KZbin , his method is mostly for basically strengthening the body and or mind.

Also, I found out a different breathing exercise on my own. You basically slowly but continuously inhale as much as you can until you can feel your body almost inflate like a balloon. Once you hit your limit, you start exhaling and exhale as much as you can also feeling your body deflate like a balloon, and when you have the urge to swallow do so, and then continue exhaling you Might have to do with multiple times, depending on how deep you inhale and exhale. If you do try, please tell me your results. Also my technique is more useful for relaxation and you would want to be next to a heat source you’ll know why once you try it.

There’s something special about the music you play. During my pregnancy, I used to play it for my baby, and now that they’re here with us, it’s still their favorite. It seems like the sound of your handpan gives them a sense of calm. They love watching you play: when they cry and nothing else works, all I have to do is put on one of your videos, and they immediately relax. They even fall asleep watching you. I think they’ll want to learn to play this instrument someday, so we’re considering saving up to buy one. It’s amazing how other videos don’t catch their attention, but your music completely captivates them, even at such a young age. It feels like they have a special connection with the handpan.
