One of my favorite ways to zone out when I feel overstimulated is to light a candle and just gaze at the flame. Your music is perfect for meditation and this video is calmly mesmerizing.

This is so beautiful and calm Anne. I love the ambient sound. Meditation’ is the one of the first pieces that I learned to play on harp; I am blessed by this intention to bring peace through the healing harp. I feel inspired to record more serene ambient music, both on piano and harp. Last night I played my harp at a poetry & prayer circle I go to monthly, a divine blessing. I am so grateful for your music and gentle presence. God bless you 🙏❤
