I wish I could take a full comfortable breath but I suffer from anxiety that makes it hard to breathe 95% of my waking days. So I try listening to these meditation thingies to calm my anxiety but they just remind me of the fact that I can't breathe properly which increases my anxiety.

Don't be put off just do your best with your breathing. You don't have to be able to breathe deeply. Practice makes perfect. Maybe just try listening to stories and come back to the breath work later. X
