Before my retraining when I went out in the street I was called out and whistled a lot by the boys. I mistakenly thought it was just up to them to question themselves. Sister he's saying rape in Muslim society is low because of Women covering themselves. He's not saying Women that dress freely are raped because they dress that way but when they go out and dress like that some men nasty men not all treat them like objects . He was being factual that's what leads to rape and it dont mean its beacuse of the dress code or making excuses for it .

The rapist is to be blamed. There is no dispute. In the Qur'an, when Allah commands women to cover themselves, he says so they might not be bothered. The covering is to take attention away from her. That doesn't mean she will never be harassed or assaulted. It just means the threat of that is minimized. And in Muslim countries, there are low instances of rape, not just because of hijab but also because men are more aware that Allah is watching. Muslims are reminded often in Qur'an that Allah is watching over us and that everything we do we will be held accountable. This curbs crimes that are committed in countries where people don't believe in God. And on top of all of that marriage is encouraged at young ages so that both males and females won't be tempted into sins. If you have a nation of families and marriages and people fearing God's wrath, you aren't going to have crimes such as rape.

Dear, ur problem is about u believing that u r smart but to me u actually not, because u have to look at issues with different concepts n from different angles. But u always stick to ur own ideas because u r also a victim of indecent dressing. Ur friend is a guy, he knows what use to triggers men, some men is sweet voice, beautiful heir, strong perfume, exposing ur laps n so on.
