We had a cockatiel for a little while a few years ago (we were in a much smaller house and it just didn't work :( ). We have often talked about getting an African Grey. The owner of a shop we frequent has one who he brings to work with him... often, we will go just to see the bird :) Thank you!

I just received my first Morphe palette and I highly recommend you ladies get you some Morphe eyeshadows. They're very pigmented and blend very well. I'm thoroughly impressed with everything about that palette and I'm the type of person who uses MAC, Urban Decay, Anastasia, etc. so this palette was a step down for me but I'll buy another.

Aww My African grey was the same way, sadly she passed away suddenly early this year.. i was so heartbroken for a long time and I still miss her terribly. I find myself still getting teary eyed sometimes when I think of her and it's been almost a year. I never thought I would love a pet so much and we always had dogs or cats growing up. She was definitely a member of the family. She had a extensive vocabulary too. She never made parrot sounds, no squawks or screams. just talking. It was just like another person in the house.. well more like 4 because she sounded like me most of the time (tricked my kids a million times lol) or she'd talk like one of my 2 boys and then ofc she had her own cute parrot voice. I love parrots. Now i have a rescue bare eyed cockatoo.

She is gorgeous but you said she has "tiny" lips? Some people hardly have an upper or lower lip (idc about that) but she has a good amount of both :D

I mean that her lips are not as full as her use to make them in others tutorials, her lips are tiny, but gorgeus and I really said that as a very good thing, I love when she rocks her lips that is beutuful, and I think she doný have to outline them as she do sometimes. But understand that some people put extra on their lips especially when people use words like "tiny" My cousin does that because of people commenting on the size of her lips. People don't have to point out things like that. Anyway I don't think Maya's lips are small, I think they are perfect and good size, all her features come together so well. :D

yeah... Em183 you don't undertand me at all. I really know how it's to be pick about onde thing, my case is my lips but in the oposite way, they are big, some people use terms that are so offensive, but if they say my lips are big and full I see that as a good thing, my face don't go fine with asmall lips (even when I do think is more beutiful having small lips), in case of Maya, she is gorgeus, and when I say TINY I really mean petit, her face and her lips are incredible and I like more when she don't try to go full lips (sorry again and again about my english)

Bombshell Volume Lash Blast by Cover Girl is the most amazing mascara I have ever used for days when I want to skip the false lashes. It's dual ended with a voluminous formula and brush on one side and a lacquer set on the other. A little goes a long way, and it elongates and darkens the lashes to look glamorous. It is a great mascara to have around. :)

Great video!! I would love to see your african grey, I had one too years ago. I'm 62 now and we I had him as a baby and hand fed him. I got injured at 46 and had to give him to a close friend. I also love your adorable puppy. Great that you adopted her. Can you do some makeup product likes and dislikes. I love to know what the makeup gurus are liking these days and what they are not liking. Also I think you are so fortunate to live where animals can roam free. I love all living creatures.
