Peach Butter Cake 水蜜桃牛油蛋糕

Ingredients :
250g butter（牛油）
170g caster sugar （细砂糖）
5 large eggs（鸡蛋）- grade A
250g ( 2 cups ) plain flour（普通面粉）
1 tsp baking powder （发粉）
1/2tsp salt （盐）
90g whipping cream （动物性鲜奶油）
200g canned peaches , cut into small pieces （罐头水蜜桃，切小块）
50g ground almond (杏仁粉）
50g Raisin （葡萄干）
Peach slices （水蜜桃片适量）
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 60-70 minutes.
放入已预热烤箱，以170°C烤60-70分钟。

Wow! I love peaches. This can be very versatile cake. Use different fruit as desired and it becomes XXX fruit cake. One batter many fruits.
