Keep the rich aroma, taste and color of the peach, all year round in jars.
One of the nicest jams that we have identified with beautiful summer memories.
Recipe ingredients
1 Kilo of Peaches
250 gr. Honey
1 tbsp Liquid Vanilla
Zest of 1 Lemon
Juice of 1 Lemon
Prescription Process
Cut the peaches with their skin into pieces
Remove the seeds
We choose them to be ripe without bumps or spots
Cut them into small pieces
Put 1 kg of peaches in a saucepan over high heat
Add 250 gr. Honey
When they boil, cook on medium heat for 30 minutes
Zest of 1 lemon
We don't boil too much because it loses flavor and aromas
Grind the peaches with a rhabdoblender as smooth as we want
Stir regularly with a wooden spoon when the jam thickens
At the end of boiling, pour 1 tbsp. liquid vanilla
Juice of 1 lemon
Let it boil for 2-3' and remove from the heat
Divide the hot jam into sterilized jars
Fill to the top and close the lids
Turn them over and let them cool down completely
We keep the jam for up to 2 years in a dark and cool place
When we open the jar, we store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 months
