Wow, this sure did get some attention quick in a week. Super Mario Eclipse will release Aug 26th for those who are unaware. I love the fact that the Peach's Castle design for Super Mario Eclipse is a merger between Super Mario Odyssey, Super Mario 64 DS and Super Mario Galaxy due to somes details. Nice work!

I absolutely cannot wait to play this. I remember being so eager to play SMS back in 2002, and this really looks like a legitimate sequel to SMS. I'm bummed that the release date was postponed, but if that means the game will be even more polished than so be it.

I think this is a work in progress and the word "dummy" is just placeholder text until the painting images from Super Mario 64 can be sourced in high resolution or recreated and inserted into the game.

Wow, this looks incredible!! There are a bunch of cool details that have been added from the different versions of the castle in the series, and some new ones, which i think are really cool! I feel like there's something missing tho. Maybe because it looks empty (no npcs and no coins), and/or because the lightning on mario is a bit weird sometimes. But this is unfinished so this makes sense.

Dude I know it wasn’t part of the core presentation: but the ability to use flood on top of the “belly-slide” feels like something that already belonged in the original game. This “mod” is practically an installment that I’m more excited for than any AAA train wreck. Good luck and beware the ninjas!

Very cool. Really liked that the courtyard behind the castle is accessible from the outside. I was always bothered by that. But I hope they change the heat mirage effects outside, or at least make an explanation for why it is so hot outside.

Might I suggest possibly adding an Orchestral version of Inside the Castle Walls, if at all possible? Would really help to express the epicness of what you witness once you step inside!

This is indeed quite impressive! I guess there's a bit of a heat wave in the Mushroom Kingdom at the moment. Now, while I like the amount of work put into this, I was hoping the castle and grounds would better match the style of Isle Delfino. You could have taken the the textures and tweaked them a little bit to make them less tropical. Instead, the castle looks like something from the Galaxy games. While very grand, it clashes with the rest of the game's general style. With that said, I like how you redesigned the aquarium room! Converting the holes into waterfall fixtures is a really nice touch!

A very nice recreation of the castle from many different eras mushed into one. My favorite detail is the Dummy painting. & my actual favorite detail is the GameCube with Luigi's mansion in the minigame room. Question. Would it be possible to replace Shine Sprites with Stars in this area like you did with the coins?

tbh i think her castle should look like the one from mario galaxy 1 (also why is the plane parked right infront of the castle?? dont they have airports being deadass serious) also i think the tv playing luigi's mansion should instead be playing wind waker considering wind waker is more tropical themed and makes more sense cus luigi's mansion happened in the mario universe (this hack makes so many weird choices like why)
