One is Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker. (It's the horns.)
The other is Donkey Kong Country. (Drums near the middle.)

This song reminds me of this one time when I was like 12 years old; I was sitting in the den area in my parents house where we had the TV and 3 of the 4 walls were lined with windows, and the sun was shining through so brightly I could barley see what was on the TV.
