Peachy Keen Stamp Sale Update & ways to frost your gingerbread tags!

Hello Friends and welcome new subscribers! Today's video is an update on the wonderful Peachy Keen Face Stamp Sale going on via the Pay Pal links in my PREVIOUS video (see link in next paragraph). Kathy the owner of Peachy Keen Stamps let me talk her into coming out of retirement and doing some stamp runs of two of my favorite sets. I hope you will go take a look and purchase them while they are available. The final day of the sale will be August 5th, 2021. That will be the final day she will accept orders for these products.

The rest of today's video is about how to create "frosting" on your gingerbread tags. A viewer asked me if I would make a tutorial for this last year. I ended up not having time then but I added it to my list for future videos. I hope you find it helpful. Leave any questions in the comments and I will answer them as I have time!

Oh Jill it’s Doris again from Vancouver Island B.C.🇨🇦 I wrote a little bit ago about making your gingers tags then you go and post something sweeter so I have to try those now you’ve done it again Gingers(love that name) with little dresses I said to my daughter “she’s done it again” thanks…and thanks for showing how to do the Gingers Hair ..I was using a white gel pen but whatever I darkened my paper with it was changing the white to yellow…I’m so happy now I can give my little girl Gingers some hair…they say thank-you also 💞🇨🇦

Hi Kelly, My biggest issue is finding the time to play with everything that is sent to me! I am just 1 person with many sweet members in the community sharing with me. I just cannot possibly use it all as much as I might wish to. Lol! Hey Jill, One of the commenters below, Catherine Jackson, had the same idea I had :) I wish they could reproduce the little face that was used with a Cottage Cutz die. The die cut the ginger and it had a Peachy Keen little face stamp with it. Oh there is just the sweetest little expression on that face !! I would like a set of just that face in different sizes to use with the gingers of different sizes we already have. Or as Catherine suggested, have a gingerbread stamp instead of a die, and then the little face. I commented on Catherines comment also. That Cottage Cutz/Peachy Keen joint stamp/die set is a favorite of mine. I too would love to see it brought back either as is or in stamp form. Sherry of Craft Pray Repeat also has a PK ginger set she would love to see brought back. Kathy and I will be looking at things once they get through this big sale which goes through August 5th. I know based on comments from everyone on those projects how much it is wanted but it was a joint product so I asked initially for products of Kathy’s. Hi Danny, The heart circle die is so pretty isn’t it? I got it many years ago from Taylored Expressions. I am not sure if it is available anymore? Yes Jill they do make special order dies as long as the designer is not retired. For example Brenda Waltons dies can’t be special ordered but a discontinued Eileen Hull die could. I special ordered about Five times now. The price is what the die retailed for plus a percentage and shipping. Maybe 20% but not certain on that number. At least they did as of last summer. That was the last time I did it. I got the gingerbread man #3 that way.

The special order dies come without the retail packaging that usually shows a picture of what the die will cut. You may be interested in having that one. It was shared on craftfairy’s blog.
