wrong.. Jinhsi can have 391.6% crit dmg(with Verdant Summit n 44111 artifacts) so can have 347.1% crit dmg even on 43311 setup.

No it's not quite correct .. as 44111 is only recommended if you have c1orc2 with her signature weapon. Normal jinhsi will benefit more of 43311 and also you can use attack and spectro 3 cost .

ye, but crit dmg is more important. if it didnt crit you can always restart a room/hologram, but when you dont have enough cd to clear it in time, then ur fucked 60% cr is works just great for me
