Peak District MTB | Can I finally do these trails any justice?!

12th of February and welcome to an exhilarating mountain bike ride at Ladybower Reservoir with fellow youtubers @MTB_Trekker , located in the beautiful Peak District of England. This challenging ride will take you on a thrilling journey through some of the area's most scenic and challenging trails, including Win Hill, Potato Alley, Lockerbrook, and some very scary (At least for me!) Off Piste
The two highlights of this Peak District classic is the technical and rocky descent of potato alley and the fast flowing single-track of the Lockerbrook descent. This epic adventure offers stunning views of the Peak District at almost every corner and is an unforgettable experience throughout.

Conditions looking stunning up there! I need to get back up and try to avoid falling 😂 It's been too long. Definitely progression. Plenty of clean sections on really tricky trails. 👍

Are these trails easy to find and where’s the best place to park cheers.

Park on the main road near the res if you’re there early otherwise theres a car park! There all along the forested area at the bottom of Win Hill all the way along to the beast!

i have done quite a lot of those trails and the gopro doesn`t show how steep and tricky they are, well done lads did a lot better than i did.

Can this be done on a hardtail. I have an Orbea Laufey H30 so its an aggressive setup. I cant tell from the Go Pro if its too steep in some sections or if a full sus would be better?

It is steep to very steep in places but it all depends on your comfort zone! I have ridden it since this video on my NukeProof Scout 275! A full suss makes it easier to manage but better is always debatable as modern aggressive Hardtail’s can handle almost anything the full suss can for an average rider like myself! Hope that helps! 🤙
