For now, the perfect one is for DEF based characters like Albedo, Chiori, or Xilonen. It might be weird to use it on other sword characters because you need high DEF to get max buff. But actually you can still use it for all sword users. For example: using it on Xingqiu, but your Xingqiu will lose a lot of DMG because you will be using high DEF artifacts and you team gonna get the buff. Just hope Genshin gonna release a new 4-star, DEF based, Sword character in the future 🙏🏻
