Ultimates of characters are done on field and not a cut animation so things happening in battle sometimes alters them in ways that are sometimes better than the original. One of the many reasons wuwa is spectacular.

Uhhh am I missing something here? How does your Jiyan regenerate so much energy off field? Like at 1:11 when you switched off of Jiyan after using his ult, his ult was only like 75% full but at 1:24 when you switched back to Jiyan without even proccing his intro skill he's already like 95% full again. Is it a buff from the ToA?

Energy is shared just like genshin. Except while genshin shares energy through particles, wuwa does it by hitting enemies. Your basic, heavy, skill, forte skill, ult, intro, outro, echo all has a set amount of energy they generate. So even when you're doing basic attacks on shorekeeper, your jiyan and mortefi gain a tiny bit of energy from it. But there's some character like mortefi who can use skill alot of times and that leads to him being a better energy generator than others. It's part of why he's so good.

Wallenstein's Jiyan has more than 10k damage per hit in it's resonance liberation. But mine only 6k-7k. I don't have signature weapon Edit: Now I just got the signature weapon. I'm sure I can deal insane amount of damage!

Try to level his talents and get better echoes. Also the standard pistol is really good on mortefi for more buffing. If you can do that, you should reach around 10k per hit even without signature

Leveling up talent is easy, but getting the most perfect echo takes forever with more than just having CRIT substats, but also have heavy attack dmg substats in echoes specifically for Jiyan. I have 2 echoes that has CRITS and Heavy Attack.substats. haven't finished maxing out mortefi yet. I don't have standard 🔫 weapon, yet.
