This is so beautiful!! Thanks for your continued inspiration to our family of aspiring fiddlers!

I had a sad day yesterday as I lost Roxy one of my Boston Terriers that I had had for thirteen years. I tried to make her passing as quiet and gentle for her by playing most of your waltzes. This was our favourite one to dance to. She seemed to enjoy it. Thank you.

That is really sad, so sorry for you loss. I still remember the pain I felt when my previous dog passed away. They are a like a member of the family, so it's tough.

@@peakfiddler They truly are like family; no less painful when they die. She will remain in my heart forever. Such is love Thank you for your sentiment.

Beautifully played. I have loved it since I was a little girl and used to dance to it with my doll. Thanks for bringing back the memories.

Thanks James, for your very encouraging comment, much appreciated.
@greenshp5 жыл бұрын
I agree with James - one reason it's the best is that it isn't played too fast. Too many of these melodies are played too fast and it ruins the melancholy charm. Peakfiddler always gets the pace just right.
@leafling9634 жыл бұрын
@@greenshp The acoustics are also MUCH better and makes the pitch softer I think. I'm just learning about instruments and such, so I think I can hear a difference. I like this one much better, anyhow

I love to sing this song and play guitar, it was easy to remember the lyrics. Songs which tell a story make it easier to learn the lyrics.
