It was definitely premeditated. They made an L post, held Antwan at gunpoint, took him to the roof, and pushed him off. All while discussing and planning what they were going to do. Non-premeditated would be if they were all coincidentally on the roof, they had a confrontation, Nut snaps, and pushes him off the roof. You only need proof of some kind of plan in order for it to be premeditated. Conspiracy would be if they had planned the whole scenario in advance.

@ that’s not what happened. They found him hanging around then took him when they randomly found him. Don’t try and switch the situation to make it fit. Also pre meditation involves planning a crime. There was no planning like I said they saw him randomly at the club and took him. They were even arguing what to do with him and where after they got him. That’s 100% not pre meditated.

By definition, premeditated means thought out or planned before the act. The act was him being pushed off the roof. They literally posted an L saying they were going to do it beforehand, which alone is enough for premeditated. Cain is an IRL lawyer. If it wasn't premeditated, he wouldn't have pushed the warrant.
