Love, love your inserts. They are so easy to print and cut. Even if I am not using my ring planner I still print your inserts on sticker paper and put them in my bound planner. I very much herd "Fuck around and find out" growing up. It never failed I always "found out".

I use Franklin Planner (Covey) inserts in my LV personal binder, Kate Spade planner and a Recollections personal size. The tabs over hang alittle but only an issue for the Kate Spade due to the zipper.

FCC is half an inch wider! Which is not much but it makes a difference imo. I could never get used to the narrow personal size :)

Do you have any advice for people with ADHD who are trying to get their lives together? I have a lot of other genetic medical health conditions that make physical activity, and limit the time I can be awake, and I'm also disabled and unable to work.. But I'd like to at least help out as much as I can. So do you have any like beginning organizational guides? Like how to start planning stuff and also how to conquer a task like cleaning your bedroom without getting distracted and overwhelmed.. It's hard for me to take care of myself, so I'd at least like to be less of a burden on the people around me. Any books I signed on ADHD are either the "oh be accepting of them," or the "stop being lazy,"... Neither of those are helpful for me. Do I just go to your websites? It would be REALLY COOL. If you had a "high school graduation," item sales set. Where you included this basic stationery needed, but also include Guides of how to start paying bills and balancing your checkbook, how to budget and save your money, how to manage paperwork etc. I'm 27...but I'm just now getting to the point health wise..where I need to get better at being less of a burden. I have all my disability paperwork. and it is all just a mess. No idea where to even start. Gah this is too long to type. Neat videos tho

Hey there! This is actually Varvara’s partner, Chris. I saw this message and figured I should hop on here since I also struggle with ADHD although I don’t know what your exact situation is like, I know that adhd makes it a lot more difficult to stay consistent and just on track in general. I meant to reply to this before but I got sidetracked, imagine that lol. It’s hard to know where to begin because I’m still trying to figure a lot of it out. A good starting place around planning in general might be the Getting Things Done system/book by David Allen, and a book I’ve liked on ADHD specifically is the Mindfulness Prescription for ADHD, and a book on budgeting, finances and bills etc that I’ve really liked in spite of the cringy title is I Will Teach You to Be Rich by Ramit Sethi, which is good for automating some of your finances so there’s not so much to constantly worry about. Those might help you get going. If you’re wanting to help out the people in your life, it might just be best to ask them what you might be able to do to help out and see if it’s something you’re comfortable with, but also try to be okay if it’s not within yr wheelhouse right now, which is normal and doesn’t mean yr a burden! It’s a long process but I would just try to be open to learning about yourself and failing, which is the hardest part really. After a while you will have found little things that work for you to stay focused and on top of what you want. A little thing that’s helped me is always having a list of easy tasks I can do that don’t require a lot of energy or motivation, so when I’m not feeling up to anything major, I can refer to it and knock out a few things so I can still feel somewhat productive. This list might just be something easy like responding to a text message or putting something in its place that Ive seen laying around for a while. I hope some of those things might help out a little!
