This is ASMR. There just happens to many different triggers for different people. I hate mouth sounds and whispering in ASMR videos and unfortunately a lot of people think that's all there is to it, oh and with the aggressive tapping. This video could be true ASMR because of how natural it is

I have always been a Bob Ross fan bc his voice tone and painting sounds but this video is like a whole new universe of calm by making the paints and books before starting the actual painting. Love watching your videos. Btw when stapling your sketch books could you have the ends of the staples on the inside of the book not outside. You are less likely to hurt yourself or get it caught on something and it's longer lasting because the staples are less likely to open
