I don't think so but not sure. It's a new camera so still figuring it out. Not seeing a lot of settings and control with timeshift and it's frustrating. But the sensor and processors are probably the best for action cameras at night. Coming from GoPro 9 its a huge upgrade but not sure if the stabilization is as good as the GoPro. Even though it's a Leica lens, I don't like the flare coming off the street lamps either.
