Steven Van Zandt, Springsteen's guitarist wrote this song in 84 during his few solo years apart from Springsteen, but his words are still relevant and as powerful today as they were more than 20 years ago, "And the river shall open for the righteous."

This was really the first we got to see of folk singer Eddie, which might be even cooler that rock frontman Eddie. Some of Eddie's folk stuff is just mind blowing, from covers like this and Here's to the State to original stuff like No More, all of Into the Wild...

I should have attended this particular show if not to see Pearl Jam then definitely for the Cause. this is a very personal song to me. gotta love the Benefits that this band gives back to the community. Nirvana may live in infinity only because Kurt passed away and nothing at all against Nirvana and I don't enjoy making any Comparison but Pearl Jam is considered to be basically the Rolling Stones of generation X.
