Hi there- the paper shown there is the test taker's booking confirmation. You will have received this via email when you made your booking however the format may be slightly different to what is shown here

Hi @amitgill8237 thank you for your question - and yes. A test center administrator will guide you to your test seat in a partitioned booth, which will have a computer, keyboard, audio headset, chair, and notepad and pencil. Most of our test centers are small, with around 10 seats in each center.

Things are not smooth as shown in video test centres treat you very badly. Very bad experience at Navitas English centre Sydney. The miserly behaviour in providing adequate stationery. A lady handed over only 1 page notepad and complaining about how hard for her to wipe all this after end of exam Really ? I was not happy, how I'm going to manage the whole exam on one page and mentioned I'm going to report to PTE she distributed 2nd page to write after Speaking section but damage was done . I failed the exam by 1 mark each in module . PTE customer care did not help because she did not provide and mentioned any case number for my complaint. This exam is not cheap and if you do this to the test takers they will find it difficult to focus. This is so disappointing.
