Heres an idea. Backcountry trio, why not add a blue light, for tracking blood trails at night. Food for thought

Mine has a usc connection. And where is the charge indicator. It's on charge and no indicator, how will I know it's charged?

Looks bad ass,does it have a battery level indicator. Could 2-123 batteries be used as a replacement? Thanks

When the battery charger is plugged in, the indicator light will be RED until fully charge, at which time it turns green. While in use, the headlamp will do a double flash indicating the battery level is getting low and the battery needs to be recharged. Peax has never tested that battery, but it would be safest to use the 18650 rechargeable batteries as that was the design intention. Thanks for reaching out. Whoa!!!! Don’t have to recharge more than 10 days ???? I am mechanic … I use in shop so I can see better I am expecting it last a 8 hours shift… is this right one ?

for a hunting headlamp, meant to be used outdoors in "extreme" environments, I'd really hope for better than IPX6 weatherproofing. IPX6 is rated to light water droplets. so, a $90 "extreme" headlamp that can't even survive a heavy rainstorm....

Are you sure you don't have that backwards? 0 rating I thought was no protection

IPX6 is rated to high pressure water streams... Sure, not immersion, but better than "light water droplets"

Nice review. What are the lumens for each white and red setting? I have only found the max lumen for white and each respective run time- but nothing about each settings lumen?
