Ok but to be fair I have been told I'm this level of dense, true story here, in highschool I was asked by this boy I was friends (I thought that's what was happening) with to come over and "get to know each other" to which I thought this was an innocent thing so I said "I see who's available to hang out with us" then when he tried to explain that he wanted it to be just us I had said to one of his friends, who ig saw that this wasn't going to plan, "*his name* came up with a good day for everyone to hang out:)" and then YEARS later I'm told by that same friend who walked up that the guy was trying to sleep with me for months apparently. So I get it lol

This is so funny and painfully relatable! I hope this becomes a series cuz I need to know what happens next! I felt so called out in this cuz I may have been in this situation once. Hypothetically, I might have written a whole ass love letter to buddy of mine in college a few years ago that ended like this. Turns out one can interpret a love letter entirely in a platonic manner even with hearts on the page. The rejection that followed may have only taken a fourth of the time it took to explain said letter. That was the first and only time I tried to woo someone the old fashioned way. Hypothetically of course.
