At what time of the day did you walk through South Beach? I understand it's COVID-19 time, but this is impressively quiet. Very nice! It's crazy to see how restaurants on Ocean Drive are still charging an absurd for their items. They should offer incentives to bring in customers (locals) since not many tourists are in town to be ripped off.
