I'm gonna have to figure out the calorie count on this ... Counting Calories is a must for me ... but if I do then I can have this on occasion I bet I can get the calorie count off each ingredient ... so that will give me calories in the entire recipe ... it is soo good sounding and looking .... .

One serving ingredients: 0.6 tablespoon butter no substitutions 0.1 cup pecans I like this brand 0.1 and 0.1 cup self-rising flour I like this brand 0.1 and 0.1 cup granulated sugar 0.1 cup milk more if needed 0.1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract I like this brand 0.1 and 0.1 cup brown sugar packed, light 0.1 and 0.1 cup water hot

You need self-rising, but if you have salt and baking powder, you can make your own. For every cup of all-purpose flour, add 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

I was wondering if this batter makes a tasty and flavorful cobbler to be used with blueberries or other fruits? I cannot seem to find a batter for a fruit cobbler that has good taste and not just blah or so-so.

You can use it for that, but with respect for the fruit that you use, if the fruit produces a lot of moisture, your consistency may be a little thinner than it would be with nuts.
