I didn't see when you put in brown sugar. But I don't see well. Maybe I just missed it. I've always loved these but never put brown sugar in them. Thank you for giving us such a good variety of recipies.

@@sweetums6607 I tried it with the brown substitutes and it did not work. I am going to try it with a white one today and see if it works. The meringue was good until I put the brown substitute in and then it turned to liquid 🌹

What do you do with your egg yolks? I usually make a cake immediately after I finish the candy and put rhe yolks in it along with the normal amount of eggs.
