Since I am not from the USA and we don’t use cornsirup, I would like to know what I can use to replace the cornsirup? Maybe white sugar? What kind of Cream Cheese are you using? What temperature do you bake it?

You can use maple syrup if you’d like, or use white sugar and water (4:1 ratio). I use Philadelphia cream cheese, it’s a hard block cheese. And it’s 350F for 35 minutes. The recipe is in the description of the video 😊

How do you tell if they are done?

The cream cheese layer will bubble up between the nuts, and it will “rise” somewhat. Once it starts to cool it’ll settle again. But for me, once I see the cheesecake bubbling up and the top layer looking nice and toasty brown, I call it good 👍🏻
