He is VERY SMART not only in technical field: he knows which club to transfer to. He knows for football, personal effort cannot be compared to the team at all. ManU is not the ONE top team in EPL and he might not be able to solve the current defender problem in ManU. He is strong in defense and able to pass forward but most of the forward passing is in counter attack.
