I think it’s important to point out that this is the standard current Electric Mistress flanger, just with a new name. This info is straight from Electro Harmonix. A lot of people watching demos seem to think this is a reissue of the old Mistress that Andy Summers used, but it is not.

Yeah, it's identical to the deluxe electric mistress with the dry output and matrix switch. I think the standard has a stereo out and no toggle. I don't know why they didn't slightly mod a deluxe and just put his signature on it 🤔

I mainly use the Strymon Deco v2 for Summers tones because it's more versatile, but I use one of these as a reference to set up those tones since it's more aligned to what Summers used. I love this sound, and the pedal looks so cool that it's tough to keep it off my board. One of these days, I'm going to have to do an all EHX board.

Excellent video with the iconic name of the guitarist of the band Police. I really like the EHX effects (+-10 pieces), this one belongs to the newer models (at least in name, maybe it's an upgraded version of an older model, unfortunately I don't have it), but it sounds and does a lot.
