Reading the comments of those who have loss loved ones is deeply anguishing. I feel the humility in thier words, and am deeply saddened by thier stories. I believe that the vast majority of humanity is benevolent , kind and would give their own lives for each other. I have to belive this , because if not, why live? I'm am dying as well, but I am lucky, as I will pass long before the others in my life who love me. I simply could not bear to live through what others have described in their comments. I have thanked my loved ones, made peace with my adversaries, forgived, and been forgiven. Humility is the last greatest measure of humanity, and I hope that those who come after us learn to live in peace...

There's no greater happiness in life than the feeling to love and to be loved. Love isn't about buying fancy gifts or going on expensive vacations or eating at nice restaurants, love is simply putting someone else's happiness before our own, it's about doing things that other's might think would be crazy or requires a sacrifice in something we care so much about just to see a smile on their face, because deep in our hearts we know that nothing would make us happier than seeing our loved one happy, so if you ever meet someone that you know would sacrifice the things that matter to them just because your happiness is more important than theirs, don't ever let that person go, as the saying goes "To love is nothing, to be loved is something, but to love and be loved that's everything".

I have tinnitus in my left ear. However, I actually like it. I worked in loud environments around engineering machines for my career. It reminds me of the peacefulness I felt around the machines. The tinnitus oscillates and sometimes it resonates with these meditation frequencies. Almost like Tibetan singing bowls. So, I've learned to enjoy it.

I listen to many relaxation albums for sleep and for treating anxiety and heart palpitations. I must say, this is the best of the lot. It has helped me through some seriously bad times when nothing else seemed to work. Even prescribed medications and therapy weren't working, but I always came back to this and continue to do so. With this type of music. It makes me dream that I'm a bird and I'm flying above a world like our own. But free of anything man made. I feel the wind in my face, the warmth of the sun high above. I see the grandeur of the mountains, valleys, rivers and lakes. The grand open areas of the plains along with the shore line of the land were it meets the seas. I am free, free of any worry and pain.

“Flying” is absolutely amazing. It’s my go-to track for music when I’m going to sleep, I literally just put it on loop on my phone next to me and it helps me sleep like a baby. I have no idea how many plays I’ve given it on Spotify, it must be in the hundreds if not thousands. It’s so soothing and soft, it’s something that just feels so, well, sleepy.
