Pedestal Button Up

Now that fiber is being blown into the conduit buried in the ground, our splicing crews are going through and doing a "mid-span entry" to remove the outer sheath and metal armor. This way the loose tubes and fibers can be coiled up and safely tucked away inside the pedestals. Later they will come back through and do any required splicing and finish installing the fiber cable in the pedestals.
