Hi. So with a pelican you can drive through on flashing amber if it's clear and no other traffic lighted crossing has flashing amber, correct? Thanks for this.

AND THAT WILL MEAN THEY HAVEN'T APPLIED FOR A EMERGENCY TEST !!! I APPLIED ON THE 13TH OF MAY WELL SO I THOUGHT AND RE APPLIED 3 OTHER TIMES !!! TO NOW HAVE BEEN TOLD IF THE YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE SURVEY AT THE END YOU HAVE NOT APPLIED PLEASE PIN TO THE TOP THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE IN MY POSTION AND MAY NOT KNOW!!!! THE ADVISER HAS NOW EMAILED THE IT TEAM WHO CREATED THE APPLICATION FOR EMERGENCY TESTS BUT SHE SAID SPREAD THE INFORMATION AND HOPEFULLY THEY WILL UPDATE THE SITE. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE HOPEFULLY I GET MY TEST BOOKED NOW AS MY THEORY RUNS OUT IN AUGUST X
