I'm not disagreeing that vegetarian or vegan men have this problem, because I haven't looked it up, but it's important to take into consideration that there are other factors as well which affect sperm quality in a negative way.

Aswell as Vegicated. It has a lot of insight on what really happens to animals in slaughter house. It's also not recommended for sensitive people because there are some parts in it that are disturbing. For example, grinding male chicks alive, dunking chickens' heads in electric water, having female cows reproduce over and over again and drag the babies away by the leg as soon as they are born, etc. It's about having several meat eaters be vegan for a certain period of time. NONE of them went back to eating meat.

I'm not vegetarian or vegan but what I dislike about this video is his attitude towards vegetarians. He clearly has a negative perception and you can hear the disapproval from the audience when they hear that a person is vegetarian, which is extremely disrespectful as people have different reasons for having a plant based diet, be it religious, health or ethical reasons. Sourabh S Nath My family owns a farm where we have cows and sheep. I myself know how to kill the animal fast without torturing it. The animal dies straight away without feeling prolonged pain. Most of you vegetarians have never even been to a farm but somehow claim that ALL farmers torture and kill animals as if they do it for fun or something when indeed it is a very hard job that involves providing other people with food. They do it to earn a living just like all the office people do their jobs in high-rise buildings. The only difference is that the former work their asses off to provide something we simply can not live without. Even your veggies and fruit have not just grown in a field, they were cultivated by farmers, most of whom have livestock as well. Before you judge the whole industry you should come down to a family owned farm and check out what happens there and not just base your opinion on large meat factories owned by corporations.

Back then my decision to become a vegetarian was purely based on the fact that it felt morally wrong to eat meat because of the animals. At the age of 13 I decided to inform myself a bit more about the procedures regarding farming etc. and the information about mass-farming made me sick to the stomach. At the same time I also found out about the few farmers that put all their work into making sure these animals live a healthy, happy and good life. I decided to try eating meat again from these local farmers and the only issue I had, was the fact that I just stopped liking the taste. I am 18 now and I still don't eat meat but at the same time I have convinced my family members to stop buying meat from groceries stores and instead getting it at our local farm. They have now also started supporting that farm by directly buying milk and eggs and cheese from there. I myself don't have a problem with people eating meat. I have a problem with the fact that mass- farming is the way it is and people are so ignorant about it. I also have a problem with people trying to tell others what to do. If you want to convince me not to eat meat, I can assure you that you won't be successful. I have my reasons for not eating meat (and I think the fact that many are trying to go against companies killing animals for profit in the most cruel way should be praised instead of looked down at) and you have your reasons for eating it an neither should be insulted for their decision. Sorry about that rant! My point is that there are obviously ways to buy meat that are most definitely okay and healthy and good, but so many people ignore that.
