I didn't realize Pedro was such humble, bubbly, adorable human being. Knew him since game of thrones, but he didn't catch my attention back then and I regret it. @Momgonewild SPOILERS - I understand staying true to the game as its based on it, but the creators surely understand that this will be the case for A LOT of people - they will not see the point without Joel. There's this dilemma of giving people what they want or going with the heartbreaking story. I guess there is a risk that the story would be ruined if Joel didn't die - e.g. the creators of Game of Thrones finished the story without the books and look what happened 😅
