Yes. She has been taking guitar lessons for about 14 years now with her guitarist, the great Monte Pittman, who no doubt is also playing here. But Madonna certainly plays guitar and although clearly no virtuoso she always does an exemplary job. Google her live performance of Mother and Father with Monte on some American TV show.
