Happy New Year 2021 which stethoscope do you have? what do you pay attention to when listening? Many thanks in advance

I use a littmann cardiology iv stethoscope. I listen to the lungs, heart and bowels. With breath sounds are they clear, wheezy, wet, loud or diminished? are they equal on both side and in all lobes. With the heart I’m listening to the beating, is it two beats or are there more? Is the beating loud or muffled? With bowel sounds I’m listening in all four quadrants for sounds, if they are absent, hypoactive(slow), normoactive(normal), or hyperactive(fast) in one-all quadrants.
