Dear Sir, I could not understand that when Naveen sir was getting a much better salary(approximately double) than what he got as an IES officer in indian railways, why did he chose to shift to railways? I have also heard from many experienced people in teaching field that IES is much better than PSUs. Could you please clarify if salary wise good PSUs seems to overpower IES jobs, why people prefer IES. Thank you for this nice video. I really appreciate your work!!

Ashish, salary wise all maharatna PSUs pay significantly higher amounts than IES jobs, but there are certain other factors which are considered for a job. Although we have discussed them a little in previous videos, but I'll still try to sum up everything in upcoming video

In Naveen's case, he got selected through campus placement. And most of the good core companies prefer campus placements only. Still you can search on sites like naukari, indeed, monsterjobs etc Or contact the HR of any company directly
