There’s now much difference then a normal weave. If it works for you do it. The goal is to find what works for you and discard what is useless.

For the weave, is it a sway or a small slip that starts it? If it is a sway, is it in the shoulders?

Either. The weave is hard to do without slipping,swaying or bobbing first
