This series of machine was successfully developed in 2021 and officially put into use by customers. It is an intelligent online manufacturing Peel-off end and printing digital QR code label. Automatic shell feeding,printing verification code,printing hidden QR code, punching, drawing , curling, aluminum foil pre-heating, sealing, embossing, printing front QR code, output , online QR code inspection, defective product rejection and other functions.Or flexible of printing QR code according to customer requirements, the POE opening can be intelligently switched to pull-tab, double-sided labeling, various dimples and ring-tab.
Independent servo controls each function module, adjusts parameters separately, and achieves high speed response and synchronous movement. Inclined punching arrangement makes the aluminum foil waste least.
