I've experienced gout so many times. Its not necessarily in the thumb. Bsta any parts na meron joints pwd syang ma trigger. Ur also right. Natitrigger si gout kpag msyado kang mahilig sa salty, oily foods, and also if ur overweight. Mas nkaka trigger dn seafoods, beans, seeds, beef and pork. Better iwasan nyo yan. The only safe foods na d ka mauumay is bangus, chicken meat, eggs. Canned goods is also not good. Sardines saka tuna nkaka trigger dn yan. Refrain dn sa pg inom ng softdrinks, liquors, juices na powder. Much better if natural juice but ilessen nyo lg intake. I've tried many treatments like pgbugkos ng luya sa affected part ksi meh properties c ginger na nkaka sooth or nkaka kalma sa affected part, but it takes longer time to heal. U can also try pain killers pero d rin maganda na araw arawin mo. Nkaka sira yan sa atay. The only effective way para sakin at mas mbilis is water treatment. Drink like 2 liters or more every 2hrs para ma urinate mo yung uric acid crystals which causes gout. It works for me. Dati I would spend like a week bed ridden in gout pero nang nagtry q yung water treatment, I was all good like 2 or 3 days. It also helps pg meron kang lagnat or trangkaso. No need for meds, tubg lg goods na😊. Kaya kung meron kayong problems when drinking lots or water, better change that lifestyle 'coz water really helps😊.
